1. Senior Software Engineer

   2025 – Present

   One Claim Solution · Remote

   • Drove Cursor-based agentic development across the team: production MCP integrations plus a secured research gateway (per-user OAuth, audit logging, rate limits) so agents get real production context safely.
   • Designed and owned an end-to-end AI code review system from prototype through company-wide adoption—now the default review path for engineering PRs.
   • Productionized human-in-the-loop AI workflows (carrier estimate analysis, ops auto-heal) and LangGraph services with LangSmith tracing; scaled communications to 900k+ conversations and 7.3M+ messages.

2. Senior Software Engineer

   2021 – 2025

   WorkWave · Remote

   • Promoted from Software Engineer. Primary backend owner for Communication Center: omnichannel email, text, chat, and voice across the product suite.
   • Delivered conversation integration for the company’s first AI pilot: summaries, sentiment, and topic tracking on live threads.
   • Architected telephony event routing and scheduled reconciliation so multi-environment streaming stayed reliable under third-party API limits.

3. Software Engineer

   2018 – 2021

   Idaho National Laboratory · Idaho Falls, ID

   • Designed and built NQA-1 criticality-limits software where calculation correctness and auditability were non-negotiable.
   • Modernized nuclear material transfer workflows; added fine-grained security permissions and CI-backed server-side test automation.

4. Automation Engineer

   2017 – 2018

   • Built a shared test-runner service used across every automation project in the organization.
   • Created release automation that saved hundreds of engineering hours per release.

   • Dockerized standardized test environments so teams could reproduce builds reliably.
